Vault Installation

Unique to New York City are the transformer and bus vaults required at every major building construction site. For projects on which the owner elects to install these vaults directly, Bancker has been the contractor of choice. We have considerable experience in obtaining all relevant permits and installing the requisite shoring systems, depending upon the existing sub-surface structures and utilities in the excavation area.

We also have substantial experience installing the conduits and associated piping systems in accordance with Con Edison’s stringent requirements. We are on site to assist our customer at every stage of the process to make sure the project is delivered on-time and in accordance with their building progress schedule.
